Our son decided it was time to look for a first house before the prices moved him completely out of range for his means. Our luck was driving by the right house and even luckier that the listing was held by Jim and JoAnne.
From start to finish, they were the best! We always felt that they truly took him under their wing and always had his best interests in mind. Lots of good advice on how to get through the process. Help when it was needed and reassurance for the nervous first time buyer. His escrow was fast and thankfully without problems, we should all be so lucky! Jim and JoAnne were always there with info on how things were going and what was needed. 
How often do you call a stranger and find a friend? We would recommend them to anyone and if a realtor is ever needed, they are at the top of our list! Without them, we're sure our son would not be a happy homeowner today! Four Stars all the way from start to finish!
